1. When will my order arrive?
In-stock items usually go out within 2 business days and take an 3 additional business days to arrive at your door.
2. My items are for an event, how early should I order?
Ordering at your earliest convenience allows a more timely delivery by USPS. Sometimes, delays can happen due to item being temporarily sold out, or USPS experience delivery challenges such as extreme weather or high parcel volume.
3. Can you rush my order?
Lavahut currently offers Priority Mail shipping. Rush order is not available.
4. Can you use other shipping methods?
We're huge fans of USPS. Not only are they economical for you, but they deliver in about the same amount of time as other carriers, especially when it's flying out Hawaii.
