Delivery time depends on your destination and the shipping option selected at checkout.
For continental U.S. destinations, estimated transit times are:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 10–16 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 3–7 business days
These are estimated transit times and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
My order is for an event. How early should I order?
Please order as early as possible. If your order is needed for a vacation, wedding, cruise, luau, performance, gift, or another important date, we recommend choosing USPS Priority Mail at checkout.
Can you rush my order?
We don’t currently offer rush processing. Orders are prepared in the order received, and most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days.
If timing is important, choose USPS Priority Mail and place your order as early as possible.
Can I choose Priority Mail if my order qualifies for free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $150 or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping, but you may still choose USPS Priority Mail for $13 at checkout if you prefer faster USPS service.
What if USPS is delayed?
Once your package has been accepted by USPS, transit and delivery are handled by the carrier, and Lavahut is unable to speed up or reroute a package that is already in transit.
Please continue to monitor your USPS tracking for the most current delivery information. Delays can occasionally occur because of weather, transportation disruptions, holidays, high parcel volume, or other carrier-related circumstances.
