We ask that you review your order carefully, as we cannot change an order once it ships.

After an order is placed, a summary with order details will be emailed which includes your order number & order total.

Methods of Payment

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, PayPal, Apply Pay, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, Diner's Club, Google Pay, Coinbase Commerce & Lavahut e-gift certificate.

Items will be charged to your selected method of payment. Your order may ship in multiple packages, but rest assured your will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees.

E-Gift Cards

E-gift cards may be purchased online and will be emailed to your recipient. E-gift certificates are available in select amounts from $25 to $200 USD. E-gift cards can be redeemed online at www.lavahut.com

E-gift cards will be sent to the email address you provide within approximately one hour of your order. You will receive an email confirmation once the e-gift card has been sent. 

Sales Tax

We are required to collect sales tax on all Hawaii-bound orders.

Payment Issues

If your payment method was declined, it may have been unsuccessful due to incorrect billing information, card expiration, or insufficient funds. You can choose a new method of payment and/or contact your bank or credit card company if you continue to experience difficulties placing your order.
